I have a PC that sometimes does not turn on when I press the power button. This happens randomly and without any warning signs. For example, last night I was using it normally and then I shut it down. This morning, it did not turn on at all.

 
This is not the first time this has happened. In the past, I have left the PC unplugged for some time and then tried again. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. I do not know what triggers this problem or how to fix it.
